You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your oyo288 account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified oyo288 of a suspected security breach.
oyo288 reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend an existing account, or request additional documentation at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be in violation of the single-account policy may be permanently closed and all balances — including deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited.

6.1 Deposits. oyo288 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a range of local payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to a Member's wallet in real time subject to successful bank or e-wallet confirmation. oyo288 does not charge a platform transaction fee on standard deposits; however, Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by oyo288 to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. oyo288 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 business hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. oyo288 does not guarantee same-day withdrawal completion in all circumstances.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in the same name as the oyo288 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A Member must have completed all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that would leave an account balance below any active wagering threshold may be rejected until requirements are met.
6.4 Currency. All transactions on oyo288 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is accepted or paid out. All account balances, wagering requirements, and bonus values are denominated in Rupiah.
6.5 Fraudulent Transactions. oyo288 reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise in breach of applicable financial regulations. In such cases oyo288 may report the relevant transaction details to the appropriate authorities.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a Member's oyo288 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 7.2 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period beginning from the date and time of credit (WIB). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement before expiry will be automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. oyo288 does not permit bonus abuse in any form. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other Members to distribute bonus value, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotion. oyo288 reserves the right to remove any bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. oyo288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a Member's account, where oyo288 reasonably determines that the promotion has been misused, erroneously credited, or that technical or operational circumstances necessitate such action.
All wagers placed on oyo288 — including sports bets, live in-play bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, togel lottery entries, casino game stakes, and crash game entries — are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules published on the oyo288 platform at the time the wager is placed.
8.1 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with official match or event results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international matches, BWF for badminton). In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted during a technical error in odds — including odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to prevailing market prices — may be voided at oyo288's discretion.
8.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's wallet in the following circumstances: cancellation or abandonment of the relevant event; postponement of the event beyond the applicable settlement window; technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the wager; or acceptance of the bet at erroneous odds. oyo288's decision on whether to void a bet is final and binding.
8.3 Maximum Winnings. oyo288 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published in the relevant game or sport section of the oyo288 platform. Where winnings from a single wager would exceed the published maximum, the payout will be capped at the applicable limit.
8.4 Togel & Lottery. Togel lottery draws are conducted at scheduled times on WIB. Results are published immediately following each draw. Tickets purchased after draw close will be entered into the next scheduled draw. oyo288 is not responsible for network disruptions that prevent a Member from purchasing a ticket before draw close.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the oyo288 platform:
